- Provide strategic and technical leadership to the technical team, stakeholders and the MCC, with a view to analyzing and understanding the social, cultural, political and economic structures and dynamics likely to affect the viability and success of the Compact.
- Ensures that activities to increase employment opportunities for men, women and young people are taken into account in Compact projects
- Implement a quality control framework to monitor and evaluate the social analysis considerations of each project, including the resolution of milestones, gaps and challenges.
