Our congratulations and gratitude to His Excellency Mr. Ibrahim TOURE, Ambassador of Côte d’Ivoire to the United States, for the warm welcome extended to the Ivorian Delegation, and in particular to the Technical Formulation Team, during the Regional Energy Compact negotiation mission in Washington from July 29 to August 3, 2024.

Throughout our stay, we were the object of special attention, and we owe you a debt of gratitude for all the efforts made to provide medical care for one of the Experts.
